My daughter pre-paid for services and then was told that Dr.Karen West had an arm injury and all future pre-paid appointments were cancelled. She requested a refund and has been repeatedly told by Brittney Fender and Ivette Bravo (office manager) that the refund check is in the mail. Yet it never arrives. This has been going on for 4 months. FRAUD! SCAM!
Very disappointed with how West Health Spa has handled my refund. I have been waiting approximately four months and have repeatedly been told that a check was sent, yet I still have not received my money. I completely understand and sympathize with the fact that Karen has been injured and out for several months, and I have tried to be patient because of that.
