Misdiagnosed..... treated wrong.... failed to do their JOB..... poor baby suffered for close to a MONTH... and this is what they have to say.... when asked to run tests they said “why”..... Please please please I beg you don’t bring you animals here. There are other vets who will take care of your babies or if they know they can’t they will refer you, instead of having an animal suffer. I have numerous other complaints I’ll be adding to this review so you can see.
RecommendedFantastic place to take your reptiles!!! They saw my ball python today and the doctor and the techs were kind, knowledgeable, and answered all my incessant questions. Will be a returning customer (hopefully not too returning haha,)
Ken is so great! He took excellent care of our Hilde in her old age several years ago. Her diagnosis was not one that we had hoped but due to Ken's determination and care to keep her comfortable, we got several more months of our precious girl than we had anticipated. When the time came for us to say our goodbyes, the staff allowed us to have time with her prior and stay with her as she crossed the rainbow bridge. The staff and the doctor have been so helpful with our animals. They are always professional and respectful. The hospital is always clean! 10/10
Best Veterinary staff I have ever met. Great people, compassionate professionals who not only take great care of the Animals they work hard to build a community within their clientele. Highly recommended..and absolutely follow the page for great photos of the great furbabies that visit the hospital...true celebration of animals.
