Excellent service in regards to maintenance issues. My refrigerator was not as cold as usual and not even 60 minutes later they had a brand new replacement at my door. The maintenance crew Georgio and Allen we're fantastic. They were both very kind and professional. They were in and out very fast and my new fridge is fantastic. I appreciate the fast service so my groceries did not spoil.
If I could give 6 stars, I would. My family and I have lived at West Haven Terrace for just over a year, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests we’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, and any concerns were always addressed with care and clear communication.
