I have lived at West Haven Terrace for the last 3 years. Due to health reasons I sold my home and moved in where all the outside work is done. The snow is always removed promptly and they keep the grounds looking great! Jessica Strutt is a wonderful Property Manager. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, excellent customer service skills and treats you with respect and does her best to help whenever she can. Fantastic move in experience, friendly responsive , clean condo complex. Highly recommend to families, single status and couples.
They dont disclose that smoking IS allowed in the apartments......just not in the hallways or near the doors. The building smells like an old dive bar. Despite reporting this to management many times they refuse to do anything about it. They have also started renovations on the exterior of the buildings - ripping down the baclonies leaving us without one until construction is completed.
