Have been renting here 2 yrs and this year they raised my rent 230 dollars and started to charge me 25 dollars for parking. Parking was free before and they only raised my rent 100 dollars each year the previous 2 yrs. We also use keys to get into the building, while most rental places use an electronic tab to get in. They don’t want to spend any money and upgrade. Look elsewhere if you need to rent. I definitely don’t recommend you rent here. There are better options out there.

We moved in 2 months ago and are very happy with the staff in the office and the maintenance staff . Issues have been dealt with efficiently. Yuri is awesome and quickly diagnosed our screen door problem and fixed it immediately. He was friendly with excellent customer service skills. Thanks to all the West Haven Staff

I used to love it here until I received a $337 rent increase. I will not recommend this place as they only want money. It doesn’t matter how old the carpet is before you move in or that the blinds have been falling apart since you moved in you still get to pay for them. I will be leaving in June 2026. I am truly saddened by the treatment of the renters. As long as the owners of Broadstreet are paid well that is truly the only thing that matters.
