I was referred here for my daughter by our primary dentist, who prefers a pediatric dentist handle fillings and extractions when needed. My daughter initially needed one tooth pulled and fillings on another, and we had already paid a deposit for anesthesia to have everything done at the same time. Everyone here is very patient & kind. They have an amazing waiting area for the kids, with lots of things for them todo, very inviting for children. I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was a toddler. We absolutely love them. They are the best pediatric dentistry around.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pediatric dentist and would not recommend them. In my experience, procedures and testing were performed on my child without clear explanation or consent beforehand, which is extremely concerning as a parent. Communication should always come first, especially when it involves children. Also, I was charged a no-show fee for an appointment that I had already canceled, which felt completely unfair and unprofessional. Their billing practices also raised red flags. My son enjoyed the front waiting room. They have a motion sensed game and a little playhouse built in. The staff were friendly and didn't take long at all very expedient. They have TVs in the rooms where exams and cleanings are for little ones. A very clean office and inviting.

West Haven was AMAZING! They did a fantastic job of making my child feel comfortable and keeping her engaged. They have a perfect set up to make young kids feel at ease and let kids be kids. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything in great detail. Savannah was a fantastic to work with! I would recommend this practice to anyone with kids and especially kids who may get frightened at the thought of going to a dentist.
