I received a text at 10:14 AM today asking if I would confirm the appointment for tomorrow at 10:30 and reminded me that children without an appointment could not be present. A special needs child became anxious during a visit, and it felt like the response was to stop treatment rather than try to work through. I understand safety matters, but it came across as more avoidant than supportive.
Highly recommend! We’ve been taking our son since he turned a year old. He loves walking in & isn’t scared to see the dentist. Love this practice!
