recently I had the unfortunate task to have my pet Maltese of 15 years euthanized. I went to West Haven. Because of the service I was immediately placed in room away from others in the waiting room. Knowing what I was there for, Dr Talbot ca in and asked how Lulu ( my pet) was doing! Are you kidding. I took offense to this and said I wouldn't be here if she was fine. This used to be a good practice...or so I thought. I was a long term client. But things are not always as they seem. I should have figured it out when I brought my last dog there with a swollen eye and bloody sneeze... and they prescribed him blood thinners. In fact they injected blood thinners. If I had only known better.... The dog died a violent death the next morning in a pool of blood. I gave them a second chance... But now I see that that was a mistake.... without going into details...Never Again.
