Used to go here for my MMP card for 4 years and smooth sailing every time all the way through for the most part. I don’t know why all the complaints because every doctors office has rude staff every now and then. I also had a mishap with my address at one point and got it fixed asap through my dispensary. That is why I’m giving them 4/5 stars. Only complaint I have is the renewal fee increases🤨
Dr Jaquez is very personable. Asks if there are any side effects but after 5 years, he still does not know what condition I am using mmj for. Workers Comp would continue to reimburse me, but he wrote a vague “chronic pain, note that does not correlate with (1) needed in 2019, to begin WComp approving the reimbursement. He could have pulled that letter and changed the date, but nobody responded. “Neuropathic nerve pain that does not respond to normal medication.” He REFUSED to be specific for the $150.00 he charges.
