They installed recessed lighting in one room and handled a few other small projects, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. When I called about a potential issue with my dryer outlet, West Hartford Electric promptly came to the rescue. AJ, who fielded the call, was friendly and professional, letting me know when a technician can come to my home. Within an hour of my call, the electrician, Chase, showed up. He was extremely knowledgeable, helping me diagnose the issue. I would highly recommend West Hartford Electric and will be using them again in the future.

(Update on 11/7/2025) - Since the original post we have had several jobs done by West Hartford Electric and they continually do an incredible job. I dont think there is a room they havent touched in our house at this point. From replacing ceiling fans, new light fixtures, new outlets, running network cables, installing solar, it goes on and on. AJ and his team are fantastic! He’s been incredibly responsive and prompt throughout, even stopping by multiple times to provide an estimate. I really appreciate his honesty—he showed me how to fix a simple disposal issue myself, saving me both time and money (done in 20 minutes!). His team is professional, reliable, and easy to work with. West Hartford Electric is terrific. I am a West Hartford resident and recently, they completed a rather extensive upgrade to the service in my home. They did an outstanding job. AJ and Chase run a very well oiled business. From estimate to completion of work - they were very professional. The price was very reasonable, the work was excellent, and they were a pleasure to work with. Great local business!!!!!
