I received an appointment reminder call two days before my visit and I told the receptionist that I needed to reschedule. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Stated she was about to leave for the day and made a snarky comment that she could’ve given the appointment to someone else if I’d called sooner. She didn’t even reschedule the appointment and instead told me to call back on the day of to cancel. Why call me at 5 PM if you're about to leave and not prepared to assist? Awful experience, I won’t be returning.
Excellent and very friendly office. Dr. Yin is an excellent dentist. Dental hygienists are equally adept at their job. I highly recommend this place.
Friendly, hardworking staff! They've done a great job on my teeth and I'm satisfied overall.

I have worked with a few dentists through out my years. Hands down, this has been the best experience. I really appreciate the staff and Dr Yin is just great at what she does. She actually cares about the patients and does her best !!!! Thank you to everyone for all your help.
