I honestly do not understand how West Glen still has a 4.8 review on Google. They are a corporatized practice and will let your pet die if it benefits their bottom line. I've never had so much difficulty getting my cat veterinary care. My partner, who is on SSI, made the mistake of getting his health certificate for his service dog here. Upfront, they told him it would be $98. Then, at the appointment, they charged him $400. My cat was diagnosed with kidney disease.
