Neighbors are rude loud music i let landlord know nothing will be done. Parking spots to close you will have someone door ding you. Leaves front door open constantly. Not a good place so far it has been 3 weeks. Update: I have video of someone being robbed and beat up in the parking lot. I don't recommend staying here. Management is non existent.
I had signed a lease back in October and only stayed two days. I was renting unit 3# and there were multiple issues showing the apartment was not ready. 1. The fire alarm was already beeping telling me the batteries needed to be change. 2. The bathtub was still dirty which I will show a picture 3. In one of the cabinets there’s was an oil spill making it damp. 4. The stove barely worked and took a while to heat the pan 5. The worst thing, NO WATER.
