You guys don’t know how to do your jobs I will be contacting the head and of guys
I have been here for a year and a half or so and have had a pretty great experience so far. Work orders have been completed quickly, the office has been responsive and the apartments are pretty great for the price. I recently had a minor parking misunderstanding, which the office handled super quickly with a high degree of professionalism.
My daughter moved to West Glen apartments from KC to attend grad school. She rented the loft floor plan. I do not have enough good things to say, nice kitchen with so many cabinets and island/ counter space, a walk-in closet that was humongous, washer/dryer in the huge bath (put your towel in the dryer so it’s nice and toasty when you get out of the shower !!) plenty of room for her furniture (queen bed, nightstand, tall dresser, long dresser that doubled for tv stand, small desk/chair and futon couch.)
