Didn't wait long and staff very helpful
As a patient of 12 yrs with West Gippsland Medical Clinic i've always been very happy with the warm,friendly professional service from doctors. 5 star review for you. However front of house administration staff need to be taught and need to learn some basic Customer Service Skills as they come across very rude and abrupt. Being friendly and courteous is the 1st point of call for any business. Pulling faces and giving unwelcoming dirty looks does not sit well with myself or customers in general.
