They are awful people that work there my partner has sepis and blamed me for abusing him etc they have called the cops on me many times for defying there orders because all I want to do is be with my partner he is very sick and I miss him they struck me with a no visitors rule and I have not done anything

I would like to thank the staff at day surgery and emergency department for your wonderful duty of care and beyond. You all do a wonderful job, this includes every one of you. Couldn't feel more looked after and cared for.

Dr Matsikidze, Kudzai in the emergency department is an absolute piece of work. I tried to make a complaint directly to the hospital but the complaints line is only open 3 days a week and sadly today is not an open day. I was there for my 2 year old, she spoke extremely rudely to the both of us, she accused a 2 year old of faking her pain, she said that there was no brake or fracture so there is no reason for her to be in pain and when I said there has to be something wrong for a 2 year old to not have been able to stand or ... read more

I could,nt rate West Gippsland Hospital in Warragul highly enough through my first stay but have since had to revise that because of a complete lack of information regarding side effects of a high dose of steroids that left me distressed, in tears and questioning my sanity.The treatment that followed was no better I do not want to go back there but have little choice on a pension .1.00 this time around and I hope I never have to go back have lost trust completely and feel frightened.

Just spent several nights there after a minor operation. I can't say enough good things about ALL staff i met and assisted me whilst there. Very helpful and friendly, understood my mental health needs and super professional. Thank you all.
