I attended Warragul Hospital after a dog bite and couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were all fantastic – friendly, professional, and caring. The facilities were great and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Excellent service all round.
Still traumatised after my experience. The level of incompetence was staggering. Complaint process is a joke. Complete lack of care/concern displayed, God forbid I should ever have to go back there. PS it’s one star because you can’t give less
The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. This place is so understaffed that I arrived here at 1pm and got out at 3am. Please do not go here it is a waste of time!!!
Staff were very helpful and friendly, Dr was very efficient and helpful,and the wards I was in were immaculately clean. A perfect 10 from me.
