Friendly staff with a great sense of humour. I've been a patient here recently and I honestly felt so comfortable around them all. 11/10 for the jokes and 10/10 for the care they provide. Also, on a side note, I'm enjoying the Bluey Christmas challenge they have going this year.

I had my son at West Gippsland hospital and we were in a room by ourselves once he was born and were treated great.

Terrible service I was sent up by my doctor to have an absess drained. I seen the nurse and she said it was fine and they wouldn't drain it and to go home and try to pop it. I wouldnt give them a star at all! 0 stars!

Very poor service at the emergency department. My wife was left for over 4 hours when they weren’t even busy. She ended up having to check herself out in the end.
