Fist time using west Gippsland endoscopy I’ve had numerous procedures elsewhere but as I’m now living up this way I was referred to them. I Was told that I had to arrive at 230 for my procedure. I was there a bit early to make sure I was on time. Filled out the intake forms paid etc. the person that Brought me in was told to leave and they would call when I was ready to be picked up. I found the Staff to be efficient, professional, friendly and very caring. Made me feel very at ease and my experience at Warragul was very appreciated. Thank you to all the staff.

Took a prep for colonoscopy and kept having to go to toilet within an hour of procedure so had to cancel ..may be it is the wrong prep for me...
