If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is the embodiment of everything wrong with automotive service today: rampant predatory upselling, astronomical markups, and a complete disregard for transparency or integrity. This dealership used to have decent people working in the service department when it was privately owned. My wife brought her vehicle in for a simple oil change and that simple request turned into a laundry list of "needed services" including pushing "A/C odor treatment" on an almost brand new vehicle. Great experience with Edward Salloum. Was always in contact and made great efforts to get me into a new BMW. Highly recommend! 3 years later another great experience! Couldn’t ask for better help when coming into BMW. Always a pleasure working with him.
