I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at WGWC. Unlike other facilities that feel "sterile," this rehabilitation center really strives to make their clients feel as comfortable as possible while they are healing. They offer custom treatment plans, weekly therapy sessions, and daily group sessions. At west ga wellness center you will find a caring, as well as knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond to assist people in all there needs. Mrs Karen Mrs Abigail were very instrumental in my mental health rebound. Mr James also he was always there for an encouraging word. Staff are incredibly caring, kind, competent and committed to helping their clients. The techs are great but they need to be more organized and a few of the higher ups need to be fired for putting money over a patients well being. I brought forth a concerning issue that required me to leave and I was no longer getting what I needed from their treatment. They wanted me to stay an extra 4 days so they could charge insurance $3300 a day. They do not have a psychiatrist on site and when I asked why they didn't have one, I was told they have a virtual one. The therapist are still in school or have just graduated,... read more

During my time at West Georgia Wellness center I was able to get the help I needed to take the next step. I would like to give thanks to James, Joshua, and Kai for treating me like family during my stay. I would also suggest anyone who is dealing with mental health issues or depression to join the 30 day program.
