Wonderful, professional service. Called them after hours one evening to check on my AC that was not working and got a call back the next business morning before 8A and they came out that same day. Service was done and complete before I even got home before their scheduled time. This is the 2nd time I have used them (first for an entire heating replacement) and would highly recommend them again to anyone.
Have used WGH&A for many years,Quality of service has hit rock bottom.Bought the service contract,No response emergency service call for over 12 hours.After service guy showed up he speculated repairs,Stayed gone for 6 hours,Returned and installed part.Then advised that this part was not the problem,Speculated more expensive part was the problem.Would have to get parts Monday from supplier.(Unit went down Thursday afternoon)Showed no concern that my family would have no heat through the weekend.And it is mid teen temperature... read more
I have used West Ga. Heating & AC for years and have no complaints. They show up when they say they will be there and there work has been very reliable. They kept my OLD air conditioner going for several years at a minimun fee until I could afford a new one. I purchased the new one from them 2 years ago and have had no complaints.
