We were told the repairs would take 1 week and It took them 5 weeks to fulfill. When picking up our lift that we paid $7,000 + to repair we noticed our ***** to the lift were missing and The representative was very unprofessional threatened to call the police for trespassing when we were sending workers to pick up our forks all from when we called to collect our forks.
