I have been sitting here for over 2 hours. I may not make the income of these Drs but my time is valuable to me. Corporate greed at the top dictates the more of us that can be pushed through the doors everyday, the bigger payout for stockholders/owners. It isn’t the fault of those doing the work but those off enjoying themselves somewhere else doing nothing. This whole experience has been frustrating! They do not give enough information about before during or after eye surgery! On top of it they wait till the day before the surgery to notify patients when the surgery will be...what about people that have to drive them??!! Smh, not organized or informative as they should be
Your eyes are given the best care available by some of the most caring staff members! We are extremely pleased with our Doctor Beaty. He makes what could be an unpleasant experience a very enjoyable one. We always feel lifted up when we leave West GA Eye Care.
my appointment was at 11 am I did not see the Doc until 130 for results that took him less then 10 minutes to explain.
They’re very thorough and pleasant to work with.
Dr. Beaty and the staff at West GA are amazing.
