I thought I already did but I'll tell it again Dr Rouse became my cardiologist after I was in the hospital and thought I was having a light heart attack
Staff is always very friendly, caring, supportive, respectful, thorough, knowledgeable and makes each individual feel special! Because they're short-staffed, at this time; there could be more of a wait. However, for me, the wait is totally worth it and I highly recommend this practice!!!
Love Dr. ROUSE. HIS STAFF ON THE OTHER HAND IS LACKING. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for test results and other Information. When I'm in office and need to make an follow up appointment. I get the excuse I have to be put on a waiting list for an appointment. Has happen twice this year. I have been an patient for 3 years and never have been treated like this until this year.
