Dr. Rouse and his entire team have done an amazing job identifying and treating me. I was ready to give up seeking a doctor to listen. Not only did Dr. Rouse listen, he followed through until the issue was identified and his treatment plan was excellent. I feel like they gave me my life back. No pain, I can breath far better. I thank god I found Dr. Rouse after many cardiologists dismissed me citing “it’s probably anxiety, stress, etc.” Thank you Dr. Rouse!!!

I see Lori Startup and she is the best I love it that she will take as much time as needed with you and not rush you in and out and always seems to care about your concerns I highly recommend her

This office has been a pain from the start. But today it’s about this……I just received a call about a very small balance from a collection agency. The office did not notify me by phone, email or mail about a balance. My last visit with them was in May. I called and spoke with the office. The woman tells me that it’s a copay that wasn’t collected at the time of the visit. She says “maybe there was someone new working”. I’m livid! Dr. Rouse has over the years taken care of my Dad and my Mother in Law. I have always been impressed with his professionalism and level of care both in the office and in the hospital. Recently I had the opportunity to take my Mother in Law to a luncheon he puts on for his 90+ year old patients. Such an event is well outside the bounds of what you expect from a physician, but it shows the level of commitment and concern he has for his patients.
