One of my medicines needed a prior authorization, some of the nurses wasn't helpful at all. Donna Cook called to see if this had been taken care of. She was extremely nice and helpful. She apologized for this taking so long. She explained that they are short staffed. She assured me that this will be taken care of. I really appreciate her help. Thanks again Donna!
