Only 1 star cause you have to rate it something so you have to lie. This is the sorriest excuse for ambulance service I've ever seen. They are very rude and uncaring. I will never call these people again and you shouldn't either unless you want to die because they do not care. Carroll county needs to shut the doors on this place
This place is not worth 1 star but you have to pick something which is stupid but my husband of 22 years died in a result of the uncaring paramedics and they were training a firefighter on how to deal with trauma on my husband who should have been taken to er immediately but no they sit for over an hour with life fight there but no let's just sit for a hour until he can't be saved.
