Ahh! I’m currently staying here and the experience I am having is so awful that I am taking the time to write it out. I showered and when I wiped my face on the towel it had a weird smell and is speckled in some sort of orange fluid all over and lots of pubic hair!! I’m gagging. How is this rated a 3 star hotel??It’s filthy. I’m in a double bed room and we are sharing because one of the beds has pubes in it as well.

Customer service was not good at all. We asked for towels because we didn’t have any in our room but when we asked it was like putting the front desk lady out. The bed was clean but the room was outdated. The carpet floors were old so when you tried to roll the chair across it wouldn’t move chair. The bar/lounge is not open on Saturday nights we were told only open for breakfast buffet on Sunday morning only. No cheesecake.
