Customer service was not good at all. We asked for towels because we didn’t have any in our room but when we asked it was like putting the front desk lady out. The bed was clean but the room was outdated. The carpet floors were old so when you tried to roll the chair across it wouldn’t move chair. The bar/lounge is not open on Saturday nights we were told only open for breakfast buffet on Sunday morning only. No cheesecake. Well here we are 2025 and we are back this is our go to place family-owned friendly. The room did not cool off as I like so I went downstairs and they moved me immediately I am so comfortable it is very hard for the air conditioners right now with such a high index of heat. If you want a place to go that's not the Ritz nor the pits it is a perfect medium for family and someone who wants a good night's sleep, good food, treated as if you were one of the family, and also just all around good customer service. Survivable but not great. Outlets are hard to find, and with the outlets that do exist, it's hit or miss as to whether they work. When I walked in the room and hit the light switch, the microwave turned on. Lol. The microwave is on the same outlet strip (yes, an external outlet strip) as the light. Smells a little weird. There is breakfast in the morning, but the hash browns were way too stale, and the pancakes were cold.

The moment we stepped into the room, the smell of cigarettes was intense. The sheets were stained and dirty. When we asked for fresh ones, they were just as bad. The front desk admitted they’re short on housekeepers and that guests frequently leave soon after checking in. Avoid this place at all costs!
