Yes, I am happy with my apartment The staff is helpful and courteous and I'm thankful for the outside lights around the building and parking lot, the area so far it's a safe inviroment. Also the neighbors are nice. Maintenance is pretty good with repairs. The location and the amenities is a plus for me.
Curtis and George are so helpful and considerate!! Always do a great job.
The rent price at 450 Green is very good for the area (which is typically very expensive) and the maintenance team (Curtis and George have been here for years) is always available and quick to respond.
Maintenance Department is great!!!You don’t have to wait days for them to come fix things. Curtis is very reliable and approachable when it comes to needing things. I’ve been here 3 years and I love it!!
