I rented there for 4 years at the westgate section. Rather nice apartments, didn't need much maintenance. It was a nice little home for a while.

We ended up moving out early because we bought a home. The communication from the management team was awful. The rent got jacked up by $40 a month at lease renewal and yet there was nothing new done to the unit at all. We were under the assumption that the patio at West Gate Arms was private with how it was described, and a year an a half later into our lease, we got told to remove the things we had on it. Yes, I am happy with my apartment The staff is helpful and courteous and I'm thankful for the outside lights around the building and parking lot, the area so far it's a safe inviroment. Also the neighbors are nice. Maintenance is pretty good with repairs. The location and the amenities is a plus for me.
