Terrible experience in this apartment. Maintenance are so ignorant of what they are doing and why they were being called.We had to face multiple problems while living here. 1. Called maintenance for repairing sink and dishwasher and they ended up doing nothing just stated they don’t know what is the issue. And after saying that no response to fix the issue. 2. Our below apartment has a leaking issue in their bathroom since we moved in here. From May 2023 to till yesterday they weren’t assure what was causing the leaking. The... read more
I rented there for 4 years at the westgate section. Rather nice apartments, didn't need much maintenance. It was a nice little home for a while.
We ended up moving out early because we bought a home. The communication from the management team was awful. The rent got jacked up by $40 a month at lease renewal and yet there was nothing new done to the unit at all. We were under the assumption that the patio at West Gate Arms was private with how it was described, and a year an a half later into our lease, we got told to remove the things we had on it.
