If the VA send you to this neurologist please run, do NOT accept an appointment at this location, EVER !! I have called this provider a total of 15 times to include sending text messages to a number that’s pretty much non-working, as they pick-up then disconnect the call. You can’t even leave a voicemail message! I’m calling patient advocate to lodge a complaint and I’m also lodging a congressional complaint against the VA for continuing to use this provider, (especially given all the complaints). Worst place in the country to go. Never ever ever answer the phone I don't know why they were referred other than someone is greasing someone hands.
The physician and the office staff were professional and I received excellent care for my first visit.
NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES EVEN THOUGH THEY TELL YOU TO CALL BACK!!! FRONT DESK LADY IS RUDE AND REFUSES TO DO HER JOB. THEY ARE A VETERAN REFERRAL DOCTOR WHICH IS CONSISTENTLY FAILING VETERANS.
