This place is ridiculous. First they wouldn’t let me make an appointment for my wife, who’s a stroke survivor, only a nurse practitioner. We picked this place because her insurance company said they accepted her Humana Medicare Advantage PPO. The. The call the day is the appointment to say they don’t accept it. Guess all they care about is money and not the patient. My advice is find a doctor that puts care as the top priority and not money.
I had a horrible experience. I came in with many questions regarding different options and the NP I saw wasn’t very educated on any medications other than phentermine. She pulled her phone out to google one of the medications I was asking about. If weight loss is their specialty I expected her to be more educated on all the options. Maybe if I had seen one of the doctors that everyone is giving such high reviews I would have had a different experience. Dr. Minigutti truly is an amazing doctor. No long wait times, he sits and talks with you without feeling rushed. Explains everything in detail. And bloodwork is done in the office with quick results. I haven’t found a doctor better than him.
