Why I feel that they deserve a five star rating is because 1 the place is very clean and very professional and it is hard to find a place that is professional but the level of care in dentistry I have not found anyone that is so caring and so gentle and taking care of their patients needs I hate needles in such a way it just feels unnatural for a needle to be stuck in your body but other than the pain that you get from it it's just sometimes unbearable but when they have to use a needle on you you feel no pain I had to have ... read more

Oh man, I have dental anxiety but dental emergency had me needing to find someone quick. West Frisco Dental was close by and also highly reviewed so I made a quick appointment. Everything was nice - the offices are clean, I spoke w numerous employees and everyone was very nice and calm. I had a lot of questions and concerns and they walked through all options and were very reassuring. I felt so comfortable, I actually booked a cleaning for a different day and will attempt to better my dental anxiety haha! Thank you!
Amazing customer service! I was so scared for my molar extraction. The staff was so patient and kind. This will be my permanent dentist.
