Old roofs old air-conditioning because they didn't remodel all apartments. My disabled son was living there they kicked him out for no good reason forcing an undue hardship on me and my son. Mold is a big problem it's even in the lease about cleaning mold and reporting it to them. ,always get copies of any paperwork and get everything in writing. I was on the property doing my job as a guardian so my son could be independent as possible very disappointed and no handicap access to second floor apartments
