Wow. I needed work done on my car ASAP, I called them on Friday, they had parts for my BMW by Monday, I dropped it off at 730am on Monday and it was done in 24 hours. I was leaving on orders on Wednesday and needed it done ASAP, Ronnie was completely understanding and ensured he would do whatever he could to have it done. AND IT WAS! I've got my car on the day the said it would be ready .....I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else
The facts are: 1) Took longer than the GEICO Adjustor's estimate, which was not a concern to me since I had rental car coverage, but it may be if you do not, 2) They could not get the black plastic atop the cheap replacement bumper to stay down, 3) Did not reseal my camper top properly and it leaks, 4) Did not really know what their shop employees had done/not done regarding my camper top resealing, and 5) Even though I wrote them a postal letter about the above non-repairs and used their E-mail address, they demanded in CAP... read more
I would not refer anyone to these guys or ever reuse them . I had a horrible experience with them . I have a mustang gt that is my baby and also have a lot of time and money invested in . I am missing interior pieces , my car was sent to some jackleg shop for the exhaust shop(after I made it very clear not to mess with my exhaust ) and a $529 exhaust system was hacked up and sloppy welded back together with cheap exhaust tips .
