Great experience.
Just recently had to deal with this hospital had scheduled 2 very important testing appointments and both appointments when I showed up both times I was told I had to reschedule the first time I was told an insurance issue, so why schedule any appointment without the insurance being secured. The second time I was told it was rescheduled and I was notified, so of course I decided to show up for an appointment that was already rescheduled. Post so it can be shared...a map of the hospital and its offices....the wall on the first floor just shows the building number and room numbers...sometime the rooms are HARD TO FIND..IF YOU PROVIDE A MAP..ON WEB SITE...WE CAN EACH PRINT IT OUT... In the car parking lot...make available several covered bus pick up shelters..like school bus stops for kids.....this would keep the customers out of the fast changing weather....and would help those with major mobility problems....yes I know the golf carts are sometime there...and ... read more
