My husband and I have lived here for 3 months and we LOVE it here! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Bug free smoke free and pet friendly! Maintenance guy is great, and of course Brandon is great. Both are very great guys to talk to about anything and only great people to ask questions to. Always sent out text messages and emails informing people if anything was going to happen in the future. I was so happy to be able to live at Westfield when I moved to Grinnell! Brandon was always super helpful and nice. He was quick to get to any maintenance needed or answer questions I had. The maintenance crew was always respectful when coming to my apartment. The apartments are well maintained and I would recommend this as a place to live for sure!
