Quiet and affordable. Nice grounds. Pet friendly. Walkable to many necessities including groceries, pharmacy, restaurants. I got 2 free entry tickets to the fair this year because these apartments are so close to the fairgrounds!
Management changed and Patricia and her crew are good folks who do take care of their residents- sometimes a little patience is required though for your needs to reach the top of the queue

I have lived at these apartments for 3 years and I have no complaints. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and informative. When you submit a maintenance request it gets done as soon as possible. It is a very quiet area to live in which is nice, they also have a grass area where you can take your pets to use the bathroom and they even provide bags to pick up the dogs waste. The maintenance team is extremely friendly, and helpful. Overall, this is a great find in Eugene and I recommend it.
