Barbara and her staff are terrific! They always help because I am not only polite, but I understand that I am NOT entitled to special treatment. The building rules are the building rules and ONLY the Coop board can make any exceptions - NOT the managing agent. Those who complain are not only rude but prima donnas who believe they are entitled to special treatment.
