I had a very disappointing experience at this YMCA location. The level of service I received was unacceptable and far below what I expected from an organization that claims to support the community. The staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed very little interest in actually assisting me. Instead of feeling welcomed or supported, I felt ignored and treated with a lack of professionalism and respect. The West End Y is a hidden gem. Beautiful facilities. Friendly members. And Glenn and his team are delightful...especially to a guy with a terrible, negligent, lifelong relationship with gym memberships!;)
