We’ve been coming to West End Unistyle for boys’ haircuts for a while now, and it’s always a great experience! The staff are friendly, patient, and really know how to work with kids. My boys always leave happy and looking sharp, and the stylists take the time to make sure the cut is exactly how we want it. The salon is clean, welcoming, and well-run — definitely our go-to place for haircuts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and family-friendly salon!

I had a really disappointing experience at West End Unistyle. I went in to get my black hair dyed a subtle burgundy, but I left with bright red roots and the rest of my hair still completely black. The stylist, Kim, didn’t clearly explain the process or what to expect before starting. On top of that, she was quite rude and dismissive throughout the appointment. I paid $228 for results that were nothing like what I asked for. Definitely would not recommend this salon and stylist.

Called their number to inquire about getting a haircut, layers and full head highlights. Via phone they were so quick and amazing, they were able to book me in within the day. I arrived and was greeted by my hairstylist Merita. Long story short: She was AMAZING, listens to exactly what you want, explains everything super clearly throughout the whole procedure, soooo knowledgable too. Great find! Stylist Merita is very attentive, and listens to what I would like (many stylists out there do not!) She always gives me a great haircut that meets my needs and expectations. She can take out the extra bulk where i don't want it, and adds texture to my relatively straight and flat hair. Convenient location and lots of parking. Thanks Merita!
