Spot on review SAMANTHA! I ended up moving from West End Towers because I walked in on my girlfriend cheating on me. I agree the bathroom is awkwardly backwards. When I found the guy hiding in there my first reaction was "wow this bathroom is awkwardly backwards". It could have also been awkward because my girlfriend was wearing nothing but a bathrobe. But the maintenance staff is very helpful and people should try harder to curb their dogs away from the lobby. Over all it is a great place to live!
West end towers is an amazing place to live. The staff is helpful, pleasant and always there when you need them. The buildings are kept well and always clean. I love my neighbors and have made great friends. The neighborhood is growing quickly and bringing with it some wonderful merchants. I have recommended many people to come here!
Professional staff, good experience in renewing the lease. Too many dogs in the building and sometimes problems with the elevators.
The building is good and we have had no problem. Its the people who are great whch makes my stay wonderful. Starting from the management office to the front desk guys to the handy man to the driver of the bus service. All of them are very kind and gem of people. I will definately recommend the building to other people.
Great place to live--because of the fantastic staff! Porters, Handymen, Concierges, Doorman and management! Excellent service, great location, beautiful building--what more could you ask??!!!
Premises are well kept, management keeps its residents informed, but most of all the entire crew (from the doormen to the porters) is extremely attentive and friendly. They make you feel at home.
