A very warm comforting safe space. It felt cozy, like being at home. This is my first endeavour into therapy. I was scared but I’m glad I did. I feel like I’m being heard, that I’m never judged, it’s okay to not be okay & never apologize for my feelings or if I need a moment. I highly recommend it, for those who are ready to take that daunting step forward. They’re there waiting with welcome arms to come as you are & nothing else.
I want to say this was my first attempt at therapy & so far I’ve only had one session. I will be returning & will make this a routine. The waiting room was very cozy & inviting. Like walking into a family home. It’s affordable. Despite how nerve wracking I was, I’ve never felt such warmth, kindness, comfort & safety with Jaymie. I have been seeing Christine for the better part of a year and she is wonderful! She is empathetic, kind and I feel super comfortable telling her anything and she doesn't judge. She tries to get to the root of things and asks questions that really make you think. I highly recommend her and anyone else at West End Therapy!!
