Please read. I wish I could put half a star. Not somewhere you want to lay your head at. Ever. I’ve lived in STL for 10 years. Do not move here in 2025,2026,2027,2028 etc! ROACHES, MICE, BREAK-INS, TRASH EVERYWHERE INSIDE AND OUT, THE SMELL OF EACH BUILDING, but the VERY worst part is FRONT DESK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their attitude ties it all together. Workout facility is 1 sq ft. The washer/drier units inside are mediocre, I’d rather go to the laundry-mat with my full wardrobe than do it at home. The only good part... read more
I have lived here for 3 years and really enjoy this complex. Whenever I have had issues or needed something fixed in my apartment, I have had it attended to in 1-2 days from my maintenance submission (depending on the urgency) which is very helpful. My biggest priority when first moving to St. Louis was safety and I feel very safe here. Being able to have a gated parking lot, lights posted all around the buildings, cameras posted outside buildings, and locked main doors at all the buildings has been very helpful in keeping m... read more
What a great community !! They won’t even provide a sheet of white paper in the office room even if it’s an emergency . They won’t even buy a paper bundle or even charge us and put the bundle over there . Also the amazing part is there is no gate for this gated community . What a waste !
