worst apartments at high price wrost management management services keep on degrading the are more rats than people in those apartments unhygenic , for a plumbing maintenance request they take 2 weeks to consider for fridge repair they took 32 days to repair the most annoying thing that u need to pay fines and penalities cause u just lived there, no proper discription for penalities
Based on my experience, I can't recommend this apartment. I hope management takes these maintenance issues seriously and fixes them before renting the apartments to new residents. I had a really bad experience living here. We kept having plumbing problems. Sometimes water would overflow from the bathroom sink, and other times it would come out of the kitchen sink. We recently moved into 4463 and have experienced significant pest issues, including roaches and mice throughout the building. We hope management can increase the frequency of pest control treatments and address these issues more proactively.
Where do I start/ let’s start at the beginning 9 years ago when we moved in and this place was amazing/ twice a year our air fitters changed (not done since Covid) pest sprayed once a month( done twice in 2 years AFTER AND CURRENTLY- roaches are infested inside all the buildings and still only sprayed twice in two years) we were promised free upgrade or service each year - carpet cleaning / washer dryer upgrade- hard wood floor upgrade/ but hard to keep anyone accountable as it seems the management team changes twice a month... read more
