I enjoy my time at west end social. In my place nothing goes wrong,and as a day time sleeper it's pretty quiet. I don't really have anything negative to say about this place
As a empty nester this studio apt. Works well for me, I have all the room need to do all the studying and reading I have always wanted to do. No longer have a 3 bedroom house to clean. I have met many people, made friends,it's quite, and it's my home.You can stay private or get out & get acquainted, it's all according to what you want to put into it.
I was extremely impressed with how quickly and smoothly the application process was when I applied here. The price is very affordable and fair especially when considering that not only are all the utilities and rent included but Wifi and Internet is also included as well! The entire Dels staff has been amazing and super helpful anytime I've had questions and answered them right away with zero delay. The property itself all around has a great atmosphere. Great affordable living and nice property! The staff is very helpful when you have questions or concerns and have always been really understanding. Even the application process is quick and easy. We got a response and everything set up within a week or two. Maintenance is really good and the dels are continuing to build a great team for their residents and communities.
Love this place. It has affordable rent plus great maintenance, with an added bonus of family atmosphere. I highly recommend this place and have enjoyed living here, as you would also!!!
