You're going like these people! I feel fortunate. Fair price. Well managed. Great location. The Euro Stove is excellent, works great. If you need to get to the other side of town the Bypass is around the corner. I thought my dog would be going nuts, but it's very relaxed. I got in a hurry and didn't read the lease throughout, thinking renting is renting, ya know? I had questions that were answered in the lease. Great place!
No ventilation at all. Not a single window to open. Sealing issues. Mold issues. The owners NEED to address having fans in the bathroom that suck out moisture. Period. Or else they’ll have no tenants left to pay their investment property costs back.
I love living here. If your single are a couple this is your spot! Management is always kind. They quickly respond to your request. They are definitely on top of things. I've never had to wait on maintenance,they have always been right there!!
Pretty good price considering all utilities are included. Great internet!!! Air quality is the best of any place I've stayed in years, mostly due to in-unit AC/Heat. Amazing water pressure. Recently renovated, building has been here for decades but you can't really tell! Super helpful and punctual maintenance staff! Responsive office management. Tenants seem to be mostly younger crowd.
