No ventilation at all. Not a single window to open. Sealing issues. Mold issues. The owners NEED to address having fans in the bathroom that suck out moisture. Period. Or else they’ll have no tenants left to pay their investment property costs back.
I love living here. If your single are a couple this is your spot! Management is always kind. They quickly respond to your request. They are definitely on top of things. I've never had to wait on maintenance,they have always been right there!!
Pretty good price considering all utilities are included. Great internet!!! Air quality is the best of any place I've stayed in years, mostly due to in-unit AC/Heat. Amazing water pressure. Recently renovated, building has been here for decades but you can't really tell! Super helpful and punctual maintenance staff! Responsive office management. Tenants seem to be mostly younger crowd. Amazing spot in a historical location in Mtn Home. Right off the bypass and Dollar General is walking distance. Not to mention Cadillac Jacks attached to the apartment's. Top tier apartments for cheap and good location.
