I came into West End Salon looking to get soft face framing pieces and a long curtain bangs. I left with a botched haircut. It seemed like the stylist didn’t really listen to my requests and when I asked her to blend the bangs, she just made it worse. Also, my total was $50 and she didn’t wash or blow dry my hair. Please listen to your clients!!

Such an amazing experience. Anne did a phenomenal job at coloring my hair. She helped me decide on a color that perfectly matched my skin tone. I left with my hair looking healthier and fuller than when I walked in. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I just got another amazing cut from Anne!! She always listens to what I want and does a fantastic job. I have curly hair and she knows just how to cut it to make my curls pop... plus, the prices are reasonable and she's so nice!! Thank you, Anne!!!
