I called Ann in a panic after getting a very bad haircut. SHe told me to come right in I was so amazed with her skills and personality to match. She spent a lot of time with me and fixed the whole haircut. You could tell she knew her way around with this scissors I was not only grateful but very impressed by her. So t hesitate to her for haircut or anytnin(. Awesome job and thank you so much. Amazing girl !! .

I came into West End Salon looking to get soft face framing pieces and a long curtain bangs. I left with a botched haircut. It seemed like the stylist didn’t really listen to my requests and when I asked her to blend the bangs, she just made it worse. Also, my total was $50 and she didn’t wash or blow dry my hair. Please listen to your clients!!
