I love doctor Rainey. I have been going to her since I was a baby I’m 20 now and my experience has been the best everytime.
They gave me appointment for 1:30 and I came there at 1:15. They said no it's 2:15. I said I'm pretty sure that appointment was at1:30 because I scheduled my daughter's appointment at 3:00 with her doctor. They kept me sitting and there was no other patient at all in the office. A new patient came after one hour and they called her in at lonce and didn't bother to take care of my child. They didn't send me any text reminders so I had no proof for that.
I switched my daughter earlier this year to this practice. Our experience thus far has been great. I’ve been able to schedule with ease. They call back within a reasonable time when Ive left messages and my daughter feels heard when she meets with her physician.
