We brought our toddler to this urgent care with a rapidly spreading rash. Despite us explaining that it was worsening, we were later told to go to the ER the same day. During this process, a CPS report was filed citing “hygiene concerns,” which was deeply upsetting given that we had sought medical care promptly and followed every recommendation. I’ve been to this urgent care several times with my kids and they have been fabulous every single time. One time I had to take my 18 month old in for stitches which is obviously a stressful situation and they did such a great job making him feel as comfortable as possible and doing it as quickly as possible. Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen here and they are always very friendly and knowledgeable. They also give out popsicles which is a nice touch when kiddos aren’t feeling well. Highly recommend!
