The staff at West End Optometry made my first optical appointment in several years a delight. I was impressed by Dr. Monisha’s bedside manner and her stepwise approach to my vision needs. The clinic itself was very tidy and they have a good variety of glasses.
Dr Jason Wong is an exceptional Doctor and his office offers exceptional service. I say this because he takes all the time you need to have ALL your questions answered and shows you ALL the results from the extensive array of tests taken in his office. WOW he has some very high tech equipment and that can be intimidating. However, after having him explain all the results of your tests, you feel assured he has given you a most thorough examination. The best eye clinic in Vancouver. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The clinic was clean, with an amazing view. The optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all of my questions with patience and care. I felt well-informed. Good selection of frames, and the team helped me find the perfect pair that suited me. Overall, I highly recommend West End Optometry to anyone looking for quality eye care and a welcoming environment!
