The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The glasses arrived quicker than expected.
I made it clear that I had just received full exam from my ophthalmologist and just needed a Spectacle lens Rx. On arrival they insisted I have full exam before. When I refused they tried to take smaller exam. I was never offered the simple prescription I had booked. So had to leave with nothing.
Dr, Jason Wong is considered one of the best doctors in the field and is recommended for anyone experiencing any eye-related problems. I have been seeing Dr. Wong as a patient for over 20 years since he started his practice at Deman Mall in the Westend. He is an excellent listener, always willing to explain things if you have any questions, and never ignores your concerns. He is a funny and personable person. His team is just as good as Dr. Wong. I am very pleased to have him as my eye doctor.
