The staff there were awesome and made the whole process from start to finish quite painless. Super polite, super helpful and quite friendly. Special shoutout to Jifa, who was extremely helpful and made my booking happen even under special conditions. Dr. Chan is sweet, knowledgeable and great at what she does! I recently visited this clinic for red, irritated, non-stop tearing eyes lasting 4 weeks. I had encountered an environmental allergen while in the states and nothing over the counter or prescribed by my GP was helping. I was distressed and exhausted. During my appointment with Dr. Tiffany Chan, she thoroughly examined my eyes and diagnosed a “severe allergic reaction”— after using my new prescriptions, I had significant relief and then recovery within a day. I would highly recommend this clinic.
