I can’t recommend Dr. Wong highly enough. He and his team are professional, welcoming, and genuinely care about their patients. The clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and the new office is absolutely beautiful. I’ve been a patient for many years and have consistently had excellent experiences.
I visited West End Optometry in January and had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Jay was especially wonderful. He took his time to clearly explain my situation and what my test results meant, and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was. I bought 2 pairs of glasses in April 2024 and am very happy with the style and quality and also with the excellent eye exam. Today I called at 9am hoping to get in the same day because I had vision problems that were worrisome. They took me in to see Dr.Chan within 1.5 hours and again I was given an outstanding level of care and the most thorough eye examination. It turns out I have a small hole in my retina and a grateful that I have West End Optometry and Dr.Chan taking care of my vision. The whole team is phenomenal
I have been extremely satisfied with the care I have received from Jason Wong (and his support team) Jason takes the time to explain all the findings from the various exams and provides an atmosphere where you feel comfortable to ask questions. Yesterday was my first visit to their new location and it is beautiful. Highly recommend Dr. Jason Wong.
