Buying a car from West End Nissan was truly hassle free. We were welcomed by Tony as soon as we walked in and offered a test ride right away. Garry appraised our trade-in car quickly. John recommended valuable and reasonable services for our new car and helped with the registration. Every step was smooth and pressure free. We were happy with this purchasing experience and we love our new car.
Terrible service department. They left my car a mess. When I said I thought there was a small issue. The said they would run it through the computer, if they found nothing they would charge me $186. I took in for oil change when we had been away for a few weeks. They showed me a squirrel had made a home in the engine. They didn't take out the pine cones. They told me it would be $800 to fix the damage but didn't advise the insurance would pay and the rates shouldn't go up,
Had just an amazing time with Jenna, she made me feel comfortable and stress free. She explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Will be recommending to family and friends!
