This is the best nail salon in Nashville! It’s immaculate, they are always friendly, offer beverages, you can actually walk in and get service, and their work is beautiful! 10/10!
I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon and ultimately decided to decline service. I understand that there can be a wait at times, and that was not an issue for me. However, while I was waiting, I observed other customers receiving pedicures along with complimentary wine and treats. When my nail technician came to assist me, her demeanor felt very unwelcoming and unpleasant. Beware of UNDISCLOSED charges. I called ahead to check pricing for a basic pedicure with gel polish. And they STILL did NOT tell me that it’s an extra $25 for gel polish, and it’s NOT in the services menu. I paid $70 instead of $45. Read their lowest reviews; a LOT of them are about pricing. To WEST END NAIL BAR: Chargeback incoming! Please stop your deceptive pricing practices.

I recently went in for a builder gel fill with a cat eye polish, and while the final result turned out nicely, the overall experience felt a bit underwhelming for the $95 + tip price point. The shape and structure of the builder gel were done well, and the cat eye polish had a pretty dimensional finish, which is the look I was hoping for.
