WOW! No exaggeration, but this West End Motors, Inc. on Bellaire Blvd. is a GEM in Houston! I have so much good to say about them. My name is Joseph Connolly, and I live in Northeast Houston. My very best friend and I both needed a Used vehicle at the same moment...so she started a search for the both of us, and via the Internet came upon West End Motors, Inc. She has always had an Interest in MINI Coopers, and their website advertised a few of them...so I drove her there to check them out. When we arrived, only their ... read more
I bought a pre-owned Mini Cooper from them a few days ago❤️ It was THE BEST car buying experience (new or used) that I've ever had, by a landslide! (And I've purchased quite a few vehicles in my life.) Absolute transparency from beginning to end. WEST END MOTORS, INC. has a unique business model that caters to its customers and adds so much value in the long run. They've been doing this for like 40 years in the same spot - that's one way to know they're doing right by us! I will be recommending WEST END MOTORS to all of... read more
I had a wonderful experience at West End Motors. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Sam and the way he treated me and my wife throughout the entire process. He was honest, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and confident with my purchase. What impressed us most was the level of trust and customer care we felt from the moment I walked in. West End Motors is not your typical used car dealership. There was no pressure, no hassle, and no games, just straightforward and professional service. ... read more
Outstanding, Honest Dealership – No Games! After dealing with a horrible bait-and-switch experience at HGreg where a confirmed car wasn't even on the lot, and all the scams on Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist, finding West End Motors was a breath of fresh air. Sam has owned this business for 45 years, and it shows in his integrity and straightforward approach—no games, no hidden surprises. When I called about a Kia Soul, it was on the lot and ready to go. Sam’s right-hand man, Mohammad, was great to work with and rode a... read more
Outstanding service! Sam and the team have been great from the day I bought my car from them. They always stay on top of maintenance and are honest, professional, and friendly. Thanks to Sam and Juan for their excellent support. Highly recommend!
