My wife and I purchased a vehicle (Jeep) last week from West End Motors. The owner Sam is by far the best salesman I've ever met. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot he greeted us with a big smile and treated my family like we have known him forever. Sam and his company totally left us satisfied completely. We were looking for couple weeks and went to many different car lots. After having no luck found West End Motors and couldn’t be more happy. He made buying a car the best experience ever. No run around or waiting. He got straight to business and no surprises. Would buy another car from him for sure. You need to check him out.
This is a great dealership with good quality cars. Sam was very pleasant and welcomed us in like family. When we had minor concerns about the car (i.e. needing alignment and a spare tire) he resolved them without hesitation and provided us with receipts of the services, while also eating the cost. He is passionate about his work and runs and honest business.
What can I say we drove up from Austin, in a quest to bring one of three vehicles that we were looking at It was late when we made it. The dealership was closed. I called left a voicemail. The owner Sam called me the same night apologizing for not being open even though we got there late. We went the next morning and never made it to the other two he immediately came out.
