I had a facial with Karen and right off the bat her knowledge and confidence in providing me with a tailored facial for my skin type were what stood out to me. What’s stood out to me next was the way my skin felt with each application and the glow of my skin afterwards. I have had several facials before and no one performed an analysis of my skin and educated me in the way Karen did. What’s more is that she is an amazing person inside and out, as are all the team members of West End Medical Aesthetics Spa.
