Helpful from the start when you are there, but very bad at following up when you are not there. No call back when you tried to contact them multiple times, not sure if they are in the position of doinf business at all.
Poor customer service. Just visited the branch to get cx5 with having funds to be paid right away. They did not even bother to serve, going to toyota. Cheers 🥂
Not a genuine group of people - they’re attentive only until you’ve paid the deposit, signed the contract, or purchased the vehicle. After that, they’re unresponsive and unhelpful. Some staff at the dealership, such as Michael, were also quite rude.
