I’m extremely disappointed with how this business handled a simple situation. My dad parked in their lot briefly, and instead of addressing it respectfully, they immediately escalated things by calling the police and accusing him of trespassing. There were no visible signs posted anywhere indicating that parking was restricted or that the lot was private. Rather than communicating like reasonable people, they chose to involve law enforcement over something that could have easily been clarified in a calm and respectful way. I... read more
