Moved out on 3/5. They charged me for pool keys that I returned upon move out and a shower head that I didn’t take. I had to call them multiple times to fix the balance. Now they keep calling, texting, and emailing me through an automated system to pay, but WILL NOT SEND THE LINK. It’s been 20 days of me asking for the link to be provided and they threaten to send the balance to collections after 60 days. Don’t stay here. They waste your time and money. My trash can just disappeared. No security cameras. I’m responsible for the trash bin. I don’t stay in town and I turn all my lights and water, yet I pay water and light. My lease ends and I still had to give them a 60 day notice. I had to pay a first time renters fee although I offered to pay for the whole year worth of rent. They will charge you for the dummest items. My toilet is always running, my apartment flooded once. I can’t put 0 stars
I really enjoy living here. It’s a very safe place, and the maintenance is excellent, keeping the common areas and apartments in great condition. All 10's across the board!!
Ashlyne and her staff provided us with great customer service. They were so patient and very helpful. She made the leasing process comfortable and easy as possible, and told me not to worry when I was worried about some things. I highly recommended y’all coming here for y’all leasing needs. Im new to the area and I had a lot of questions and she provided me with the answers and tools necessary. She even recommended a church home for me and my family. I love it here. Thank yall for everything.
