If I can rate it a zero I would they wait till you move out to add Soo many fees when I signed my lease 1 year ago it say I pay 715 in rent for my last month but it ended up being 1300 for what tho I don’t know then they charge a carpet cleaning fee that you have to do when you move out but why didn’t say that when I signed my lease but they waited till move out to say that shit I wouldn’t move here been there 1 year & hated it just money hungry people 🙄🙄wouldn’t recommend
We moved to West End Lodge in December of 2017, after Hurricane Harvey came through and wrecked our lives. WEL has truly been a blessing and a haven for us. Every time someone asks for recommendations of apartment living I recommend WEL to them.
I've really enjoyed my stay here. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly and professionally. The grounds are well-maintained and consistently clean. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. My neighbors are quiet and respectful, which makes for a peaceful living environment. Plus, the location is very convenient—just a short distance from stores and other essentials. Overall, it's been a great place to live!
This complex is absolutely amazing and friendly! You don’t have to worry about getting packages stolen and the leasing office communicates really well with residents.
WestEnd Lodge has been a safe place to live. The staff has been very timely with responding to maintenance requests. It a pleasure to watch the transformation of the management it’s clearly improved.
