If you want to get bills months after your move out, this is a great place for you. Also, you will certainly lose your security deposit with some creative ways the management can come up with. Also, they are the worst in remembering important dates (like your move out) and thus charge you with fees and penalties. As my living experience, I had to repeat dryer cycle at least twice to make sure my cloths are dry. Everything is falling apart for the price of these apartments. For how it looks you’d expect much better. They are just cheap. Do better for your tenants.
Just moved here from out of state and so far enjoying my experience. The staff is wonderful and they respond very quickly with maintenance requests. Shoutout to Keily! She was wonderful to work with through the leasing process. Very happy that I chose to live here!
