I’ve been living here for over a year and a half, and I don’t have anything negative to say! Everyone is friendly, maintenance is great, and they do a great job of making it feel like home. My main point of contact has been Keily, and she’s provided the best service I could ask for. I tend to ask a lot of questions, and she’s always so patient and kind. 10/10 recommend!
I took down my previous review, because it had seemed like management was actively trying to help us with the all issues with the apartment, which I now realize should’ve never been taken down. If you want to be completely ignored and told over and over again we’ll be there in a 2-3 days every time your drawers break off, or all the screws come out of everything leaving you with no towel rack or a unusable closet. This is a real review, Please do not move here, I repeat! please do not move here. Rent say it’s 1300 but after fees it goes up to 1400 to 1600 with a blink of an eye, valley trash always late on getting your trash that YOU have to pay for, they never come to find any in home issues These apartments are infested with bugs! I lived here for three years. At first we enjoyed it, and honestly for the most part I have minimal complaints. However, I want to mention that mailboxes are broken into FREQUENTLY. Because most have BROKEN doors. Maintenance was notified on numerous occasions, and would “fix” the issue but it was never actually fixed properly and would break right after opening it the next occasion. I moved into WEL in May, but my great experience started before I even signed my lease. During a tour in April while relocating for a new job, Ashlyne made a lasting impression.
