I drove up from Franklin, having read about this place and wanting to see the studio. I knew the office was closed on Saturdays, but according to woman I spoke to, a leasing office representative, I could see everything on Friday. So I drove all the way up to Hillsboro village to take a tour and hopefully sign some paperwork. But nobody was there. The office was closed. It's apparently ALWAYS closed on Fridays!! Thanks for nothing, ladies.
Awful! Roach infestation and moldy air conditioner unit! My stove has been broken since moving in. They said they would order the pets and nothing has been fixed. Avoid at all costs! Unless you want to live with a roach infestation.
Too expensive for what you get (insane amount cockroaches, rats, horrible management and maintenance, broken laundry facility). Never got my deposit back and they won’t return calls and emails now. There are way better options around.
Awful living experience. Did not have hot water for extended period of time . They would say it was fixed but wasn't fixed. At one point he faucet wouldn't even turn off I tolerated the roaches when i moved in but the reality is there should not have been any there in the first place. The heater would get stuck on and overheat the apartment. The AC too small to properly circulate air or cool the apartment. Now lets talk about the good stuff. Mold. Yes Mold. AVOID! Didnt even started living here but for a showing they told us to do a SELF TOUR, saying the door is unlocked. Then we arrived at the unit, 10min by scooter, it is locked, so I had to ride my scooter back to the leasing office. The person told me if I can come back tomorrow to do a viewing, and apparently no. You cannot ask someone who just started viewing the apt to go back and forth mid their work day and then ask them to come tmr. Below is the place we intended to view $899/month studio.
